We had about 20 students and 20 Campbell parents/guardians spend their afternoon painting paper mâché ice cream cones with residents at Devonshire Acres. They then shared ice cream themed poetry and enjoyed sundaes! This was a student-driven activity inspired by research in which one student found that 4/10 nursing home residents are lonely… and Campbell Tiger Cubs wanted to change that! They inspired real positive change in their community and made Campbell proud!
